TYRE WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE IN PERTH

Tyre Product Warranty
Whilst most consumer products are backed for the first 30, 60 or 90 days of use or up to one year from the date of purchase tyres have longer warranties even though they are subjected to horrendous conditions, tyres go through extremes of temperature and flex every time they go around ( approx; 3 million times in there life ) as well as crashing into kerbs and potholes etc.

The warranties start from the time of purchase on replacement tyres and from the day of delivery on new cars and stops then, or if the tyre tread is worn out prior. Most tyres come with a Five year warranty period.

This warranty is a "manufacturers warranty" and only covers what is deemed to be a manufacturing fault like workmanship or materials. It does not cover you for such things as irregular wear attributed to lack of maintenance or vehicle condition, damage due to accidents, vandalism or being driven on with loss of air pressure.

If you have a concern with a tyres condition, please feel free to visit one of our Perth tyre outlets for an inspection and an informed decision. The final decision will always be made by the manufacturers representative.

Most tyre faults are avoided by our professional tyre fitment and our Road Force Wheel Balancing as we can detect any faults and reject any dud tyres there and then.

Mileage Warranties
Tread-life and Mileage Guarranties are used when the tyre manufacturer is confident that their product is superior to others in Perth.

This type of tyre Warrantee will not apply in all situations as we need to determine the terrain your vehicle will traverse. Also this type of warrantee requires the vehicle to be in good condition and return to us at 10,000km intervals for maintenance which we perform at a discounted rate. These warranties only apply to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

Uniformity
All tyres are inspected and tested at the end of the manufacturing process, especially for uniformity. This uniformity test is a large version of our own "Road Force Variation" method which can reject a tyre at this stage as well as determining if the tyre is good enough to be fitted to a new vehicle. It is there-for impossible to have tyres made out of round.
