In the 20th Century, the automobile truly came into its own. And there are still hundreds of examples of the most important veteran, vintage and classic cars on Perth roads.
However, it’s not always easy to find parts – especially classic car tyres – to keep your cherished piece of automotive history rolling.
At Richard’s Tyrepower we love the old iron, cars made between 1920 and 1980, and proudly stock vintage tyres to fit and suit your cherished classic.
We have rubber for all the greats from local, European and American brands, including: Mercedes-Benz, Porsche 911, Mustang, Holden, Falcon, Jaguar, Mini and VW Beetle and Kombi.
Further, some Japanese models have also reached classic status – especially early Nissan Skyline and 240Z, Toyota Celica and well-preserved Mazda RX-3. We can fit them too.
The antique tyres we offer for all these greats are made in small runs and often by hand by true craftsmen. They are simply new versions of the original tyres – the specifications are the same.
Michelin's choice of continuous innovation and technological leadership can be found in this Collection range. These tyres benefit from the progress made in grip on rubber mixings. However, the dynamic characteristics of these tyres remain entirely appropriate in association with those of the vehicles of time.
Made in small production runs, often by hand, these tyres call on the technical skills and the know-how of the finest craftsmen.
